We made guacamole in our class. Here is what to do. It is very good!
2 ripe avocados (almost black on the outside)
1 small onion, chopped into small pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
a dash of salt and pepper
Peel the avocados and remove the pits. Put the avocados into a large bowl and add everything else. Mash until you have a smooth mixture. Then enjoy it on tortilla chips or crackers.
